Fall 2 Deadpoint is a 2026 survival thriller and the sequel to Fall (2022). Directed by Michael and Peter Spierig, the film follows climbers trapped on a dangerous route in Thailand.
What Is Fall 2 Deadpoint?
The American thriller continues the Fall series with a new climbing challenge. Moreover, Jonathan Frank and Scott Mann wrote the screenplay. The story centers on Jax Hunter and Luce, whose journey takes them to Mount Kwan. However, their planned climb soon turns into a life-threatening situation. As a result, they must face unexpected dangers that put their survival at risk. Unlike the first film’s tower setting, this sequel uses a mountain route to create danger. The film also uses close camera work and exposed locations to make each movement feel risky throughout the climb.
Fall 2 Deadpoint Story and Plot
Jax Hunter is still grieving the death of her sister, Shiloh. Luce, who claims she was Shiloh’s close friend, invites Jax to complete the expedition that Shiloh never finished. As part of this journey, they travel to Thailand and attempt the dangerous plank walk on Mount Kwan. However, the climb soon becomes a serious test of their courage and survival. As the danger increases, their expedition takes an unexpected turn.
However, a sudden rockslide destroys their route and leaves them stranded thousands of feet above the ground. With no easy way down, the two women must face harsh conditions and mounting fear. Jax also has to confront painful memories and questions about the people around her. As danger grows, trust becomes as important as physical strength. The film keeps its focus on their struggle to stay alive.
